Winter to Early spring Styling – Coffee TAble & Entryway Edition

You’ve heard me say it many times before but besides full blown spring, post-holiday Winter to Early Spring styling is my absolute favorite time of year for decorating! My two favorite places to restyle post holiday are my Coffee Table & Entryway since these are two places that have a major impact when designing for the seasons!

For winter to early spring styling I like to include a mix of both something for winter and something for spring. Sometimes I just go straight to spring but this year I’m holding on to a cozy home with the deep winter freeze that has settled across the nation as I write this.

Here are a few things I’m loving about this vignette in my entryway for both seasons:

NOD TO WINTER:

1) Textured pieces like a heavily textured vase & paper maché bowl, 2) Moody art piece with a warm gold or natural frame, 3) Horse object/statue – love that I’m seeing equine objects & equine art come back in style!

Nod to Spring:

1)Spring green stems 2) Vibrant green moss & 3) Bright white vase

I also restyled my coffee table for winter/early spring. I have this beautiful set of wicker rattan basket trays from Wayfair (they come in a set of 2 – I’m using the smallest one) that I styled on my coffee table along with a few of my favorite winter to early spring accessories.
